It is a need to incorporate components of formal education into vocational training for giving practical exposure to students of formal education to facilitate an interdisciplinary exchange of ideas and information between formal education and vocational training which not only ensure survival, but also success.

Interaction with employers is essential. What skills do they need their employees to have? How do courses need to be modified in order to deliver these skills. Classroom training will also have to sit alongside on-line training.
