I'll give you two. If you have a truly statin intolerant patient (marked increase in CK on any statin) with markedly elevated LDL but no cardiac events and no benefit from welchol or ezetimibe would the two newer agents be indicated? Or, also, would insurance cover anyone not on a maximum dose of a statin?

Can anyone give me one, just one, good reason to prescribe Savaysa?
