With a good and reasearched plan you can make low budget house. Some points to consider.
- Always choose lands little bit far from town areas where you will get lands little bit less price as compare to town area.
- If you want to stay near town area then it is better to take less amount of land.
- Always try to make your ground floor as parking ,which will help you to keep as much as tenants.
- Try to make comfortable rooms not so small or not so big.
- Always try to invest in step level for making home ,no need to apply for home loan.
