Hello Doug,
The biggest challenge they face and will continue to face is empathy. Everyone wants to be understood, but no one tries to understand others. And this is not feasible, as we were never really told or taught, why empathy is the n1 soft skill needed.

In reading the question- My key observaation is that opinions on what is ethical and humanitarian is high subjectibve.. It sometimes relates to societal norms- bu =t is generally objective.
