How are media and creative agencies, adtech and martech enablers transforming their businesses to address the needs of a changing customer base (direct brands especially)? Through new self-serve, sales, data activation and customer service models? MP: What are the biggest opportunities in self-service models for both brands and agencies?

OBJECTIVES
1. Explore and Understand Currnt Platform: Co-facilitate this first IAB/Currnt KnowledgeStream in order to learn how Currnt works and pilot how to use the platform.
2. Tap into New Perspectives: Extend beyond the IAB member base of publishers and adtech, to access unique agency and brand perspectives.
3. Probe and Define the Direct Brand Economy: Gain insight into agencies' and brands' emerging needs and challenges in serving the Direct Brand Economy.
4. Inform IAB Thought Leadership: Supplement a parallel whitepaper-in-progress with the voices of brands and agencies. Determine how Currnt might help IAB produce future knowledge capital.
