→ Designed and launched a new commercial solution that reversed negative financial performance (-12% EBITDA) in Central Europe to achieve 100 bps in Return-on-Sales (ROS) improvement and 4% regional EBITDA growth.
DRAMATIC PROFITS
→ Increased profitability by 250 bps of ROS after restructuring the Exports Americas group, instituting internal training and maximizing sales capabilities of external partners.
MARKET SHARE
→ Quickly strengthened position of soft drink portfolio at beginning of price war in Dutch retail sector, reaching historic levels of profit (over 175 bps in ROS) through product innovation and strong competitive culture at Vrumona.
BRAND INITIATIVES
→ Designed and executed many successful traditional and social media campaigns, including the record-breaking “Amstel Friendship” in the Netherlands that fully revamped product image; later replicated in seven other countries.
