WHAT'S THE POINT OF CURRNTCY ?
Currntcy is points earned from one's peers as a measure of relevance. Simply contributing does not earn points. This unique system ensures healthy cross collaboration, peer to peer vetting of ideas, and authentic proof of knowledge.
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF CURRNTCY ?
A
Your last consecutive 30 day Currntcy earn medals of recognition that are added to your profile: Bronze 200, Silver 450, Gold 600, Platinum 1000. Receiving Silver or more will add everyone in the Stream to your Knowledge Network.
B
1 Currntcy Point = Base conversion is US$0.250 (plus accelerators, see below tiers). This exchange may go up over time but never down. You can cash out anytime your available points exceed 200 Currntcy. Only applies to points earned after Sept 1, 2018.

The Currntcy earned from all activities in the platform accumulate into a rolling 12 month total that determine one's level on the platform. Levels translate into additional recognition, capabilities and pay accelerators. It is important to note that points older than 12 months expire, so it's important to stay engaged to maintain and grow your tier. (See tier table below).

HOW CAN I EARN CURRNTCY ?
Currntcy is earned from your peers, the facilitator, and the sponsor by way of recognition for your relevant inputs. Here are the top ways to earn points (most to least):
- Contributing on time
- Being recognized for a Key Takeaway
- Facilitator or Sponsor favoriting your post
- Upvotes on your Key Takeaway
- Comments on your posts
- Receiving “likes”
HOW DO I CASH MY CURRNTCY OUT?
Just go to the upper right of the screen and hover over your points. You will see a link to Available Currntcy. By clicking that, you will be taken to a page with your available balance, conversion rate and your redemption history. At the top, you can type in the amount of points you want to cash out. Keep in mind, that your conversion improves the higher your tier, so you may be better off waiting to convert points at a higher tier.
HOW AND WHEN AM I PAID ?

SETUP: Please make sure that "My Payment Details" under “Account Settings” is complete.

METHOD: If inside the US, you have the option to receive a check or get set up for or e-payment via Bill.com; if outside the US, then PayPal is the only option.

TIMING: Invoices are issued at the end of each week after aging for 30 days from the invoice date. US residents that are signed up for e-payments will receive an invitation from Bill.com at that time to provide bank account information. Otherwise a Paypal or Check is sent automatically. Allow a week to 10 days for a check to arrive.
