I work with senior business leaders and CXOs to help establish Collinson as an innovative and forward-looking organisation. This includes identifying new and emerging technology trends, regulatory/commercial changes that present an opportunity or threat to Collinson. I work with business stakeholders to validate the opportunities and threats by launching the appropriate proofs-of-concept and pilots.
I also help business leaders solve critical business problems by applying innovative new technology. My current areas of focus are - chatbots, blockchain & Open Banking/PSD2.
I provide the vision and roadmap for an innovative Identity-as-a-Service product. I presented the idea for this product by building a proof of concept, got the budgetary approval to build an MVP. After the successful MVP, I was given a dedicated team to further build the product as per my roadmap. My team recently delivered version 1 of this product.
I lead multiple cross-functional teams working on innovation projects and Identity-as-a-Service product.

I bring my vast technology experience to the digital innovation function to solve critical business problems that keep our leadership team awake. I also help business stakeholders understand the emerging & new trends in digital customer experiences and the impact it can have on the effectiveness of product/proposition.
Modus operandi is to perform short and to-the-point proofs-of-concept to validate ideas in a truly fail-fast manner to better understand how a particular emerging technology can help us solve critical business problems. Some of the proofs-of-concept that I undertook are - geofencing/geolocation, chatbots etc.
