He played a crucial role in mergers & acquisitions while Liquidhub acquired aSpark Inc US subsidiary of Byzan Systems value $100million. And the controversial FTIL-NSEL forced merger case and it's implications on employee retention and attracting talent for business alignments.
His experience across BFSI, IT, Engineering, ITeS, BPO/KPO sectors managing corporate, mid-level and startups/SBUs helped him to successfully spearhead various roles of HR generalist; core area initially being Recruitment, then moved into competency assessments & other OD initiatives; also International HR.
He served as Director of HR Infotech Association(HRIA Mumbai chapter) for two consecutive years 2015-16 & 2016-17 and organized 19 events and outbound workshops for HR Professionals from the IT/ITeS industry.
