Hi, I'm Hil and I believe that every business deserves access to first class marketing as a right, not a privilege.
It is very simple "great businesses have great people". I work as a part-time Marketing Director with growing and ambitious businesses, providing them with all the skills and experience for the business to achieve outstanding results.
I provide strategic support to businesses who do not have, cannot afford or do not feel the need for a full time senior level Marketing Director. I take away the pain from the business owner who is usually trying to juggle too many balls and therefore neglecting marketing planning, budgeting and implementation, let alone monitoring the ROI.
Working with you in-house, as your part-time Marketing Director I will help to grow a profitable business, achieve aspirational goals or even a big exit.
Typically I work with businesses who recognise themselves in at least two of the following:
- you have ambitious growth plans and want to capitalise on this growth
- you have stalled and want a fresh review of the business
- the business owner is running out of hours in the day to do everything
- you need more leads and better quality leads to achieve your growth plans
- you have no on-line strategy
- your brand needs a total refresh
- you are launching a new product or service
- you are building towards an exit and want to maximise your return
- your turnover is between £5m up to £50m
