As an Intrapreneur (internal Entrepreneur) I led multi-million $ change initiatives and large cross-functional matrixed teams to attain world-class performance levels in Strategy & Innovation, Analytics, and Customer Success. During that tenure, I gained the experience, skills and techniques necessary to drive positive change despite the inertia of corporate life.
