Facilitated decision making & executed change of business models implementing optimal supply chain in Edwards Lifesciences and Covidien.
DEEP M&A BACKGROUND
Managed M&A financial functions in enterprises with up to $2.9B in revenue. Led, in his area of responsibility, seven acquisitions, one integration one sale, and one spin off including operating Transitional Service and Manufacturing Agreements in Covidien and Medtronic.
EXCEPTIONAL INTERNATIONAL FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING COMPETENCIES
Developed abilities in complex multimillion dollar organizations including global/multicurrency Swiss principal and a financing/holding structure in Switzerland and Luxembourg that included in-house bank. Executed structural changes, freeing $9.5B cash and delivering $1.2B cash benefit for Medtronic.
