WHAT I DO: I help acute care hospitals, teaching hospitals, HMOs, clinics, and multi-specialty integrated clinics within hospitals achieve improved patient care, higher patient satisfaction, lower costs, and better services by providing executive nursing leadership.
HOW I DO IT: I am a CNO who works well with executives, physicians, vendors, community leaders, and nursing universities and programs, which keeps the entire team in learning mode. My core focus is on improving the quality of patient care through nurse retention and reducing turnover, attracting highly-qualified staff, standardizing processes, staff development—especially for managers, and improving efficiency.
WHY IT WORKS: Patients seek out qualified care based on available scores, so higher quality care directly impacts patient visits as well as reimbursement and incentive payments. When you partner with me, you get expertise in team leadership, people management, operations management, program implementation, service line development, and standardization.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I have over 20 years of executive nursing leadership, a deep commitment to high standards of quality care, and proven ability to improve organizational effectiveness.
