With fierce drive and ambition. I'm very passionate about my careers because I am a true artist at heart. If I can't create, what else is there to do? Traveling throughout my life has exposed me to many different ways of life and cuisine and I feel this has helped me immensely with my career. 9 years ago, while still in school, I started as a dishwasher and have come a long way with a lot of hard work. As I've always been an entrepreneur at heart, one day I hope to build my brand into an empire with many avenues. This is just the beginning and I can't wait!!
I have a deep profound love for gourmet produce, love seafood and pastry. In my journey as a chef so far, I’ve worked every front of house position (minus top gm,sommelier etc, as well as every back of house. As well as the labor side, I fully understand from operations to business logistics to designing a kitchen. I love the business and actually have a true passion, which is rare today in the “Chef World” unfortunately. Maybe science can resurrect Escoffier one day?
