- I have attended school at Microtrain Technologies and I am currently working to obtain certifications with CCNA + Voice + Security and ITIL v3.0
- Thru my work as a telecom and data center technician, I have provided quality customer service, competent troubleshooting analysis, data integrity and recovery, network systems security and most importantly, the ability to work as a team player or on my own if needed.
My main goal are to provide quality customer service in all areas inside and out of the company, as I have in the past with companies such as Epsilon, Inc., Vision Technologies, Centurylink, Verizon, Switch & Data and Sprint Communications. I've always felt that I an excellent hands-on worker within the technology/IT/Telecom industry and I believe that this is something it not only advances myself but the world around me. And to further that goal, I am working toward a goal of obtaining my CCNA and my ITIL certifications.
I hope that if you are reading this that you will understand that I am very motivated toward gaining employment soon and I hope to be lucky to apply my skills and expertise for your company.
