ClickSoftware is an industry leader in workforce management and field service scheduling optimization software and mobility solutions for the workforce. Public company, traded on NASDAQ (NasdaqGS: CKSW) until July 2015. The company was acquired by Francisco Partners (a Private Equity firm) in July 2015.
• As the Group CFO for ClickSoftware, I Directed a 40+ team of Finance, Legal and IT professionals. Led the sale of the company to Francisco Partners for $438 million. Heavily involved in all aspects of the transaction, from road show to prospective buyers through deep due diligence and the closing process.
• Led the Finance department in the transition from a perpetual/On-premise to a Cloud/SaaS model.
• Initiated automated processes throughout the company.
• Responsible for Investor relationship and financial analysts. Strategic planning and development, Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Managing transition to Cloud, System automation, Operational Efficiency Automated processes, heavy involvement in integrating information systems (ERP, CRM, Budget, HR).
