With a B.Sc. In Accounting, from the Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, and an MBA. In Leadership and Sustainability In Business from the University of Cumbria, United Kingdom. He also obtained other certifications from the university of Cumbria which includes - certificate in financial management and organizational behaviour. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Evans without relenting pursued the furtherance of this career in finance by attending the London School of Economics’ certificate course in Managerial Accounting and Financial Control.
In 2019 he was appointed country ambassador to the Global Corporate Finance Society, he is tasked with promoting the growth of the finance profession in Nigeria. He has also serves on various advisory boards including Governor, LGB at Grange School, Manchester, United Kingdom.
He is happily married with children.
