I am an FMCG Business Professional with experience in multiple companies, both Multi-National & Indian, diverse product categories and exposure to different geographies in the Asia-Pacific Region. In the course of my career I was involved with stable businesses which I successfully accelerated in terms of growth and strengthened on consumer equity measures. I've turned around a major business in India returning the company to category share leadership and profitability through development and implementation of a complete business strategy covering multiple functions. While in a Regional Marketing role with J&J I handled a flagship business working in a matrix organization across Global, Regional and Country business teams. My role as CEO of an Indian FMCG Company involved working with the Board, interface with External Investors and leading functional teams in major Business Restructuring initiatives.
Currently I am working as an Adviser & Consultant to Medium and Small firms seeking to expand their business. My focus is on Business, Marketing & Sales Strategy & Implementation. In addition I am engaged with a Singapore based Private Equity firm assisting global companies set up their business in India through alliances and partnerships.
