I’m in, what should I do?
First, post in the theme, then post on some of the others’ posts. You can support your peers or politely challenge their ideas. Then go into the Map and nominate a point supported by a few sentences; people will then vote on it.
How often should I come in?
Contribute a couple times during each Theme when it's convenient to you. If you do that, you will earn your honorarium and be eligible for additional points. You will receive notifications when there are new posts.
What are the points all about?
Currntcy points are redeemable points that you can cash in. You earn them 2 ways: one, contributing each Theme; and two, when the facilitator or panelists interact with you or recognize your ideas through voting or key takeaways. Likewise, they earn points when you interact with them. The more interaction, the more points, the better the insights. Panelists with low or no points are often replaced on the panel. Go here to learn more about how points impact your level. https://currnt.com/points
How much and how do I get paid?
Typically there is a minimum honorarium of 200 Currntcy (equal to or greater than $50, depending on your level) for minimal contribution on each Theme, but you can earn much more if your posts are recognized by your peers and the facilitator...more interactions, more points.
How do I redeem points?
If it’s the first time, go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS by hovering over your avatar in the upper right and then go to MY PAYOUT DETAILS to enter your info. Then hover on your points next to your avatar. There is a drop down that should say “Available Currntcy” Click that and specify how much you want to redeem. If you get stuck, email accounting@currnt.com.
How do I adjust the frequency of emails I receive
Go to the BELL ICON on the top of the page and click settings. That will bring up a management tool for all notifications from Currnt.
How will my input be used, by whom?
Panels are sponsored by Companies (often anonymous) who want to learn more about what the panelists think. Their teams use it for critical innovation, product and strategy learnings. Sponsors have the right to repurpose the learnings into thought leadership where all panelists are properly quoted.
Can I opt out any time?
Yes. Just email us at coach@currnt.com and ask to be removed from the panel.

PROPOSE A FUTURE QUESTION FOR THIS SmartGroup™
Main Topic Question
Type a relevant question that each person in the group can answer while considering two dimensions.
Here are a few examples:
- What are the top trends impacting by X and Y?
- What solutions are there that are both X and or Y?
- What will be the most X and Y about the future?
- What is the best course of action considering both X and Y?
Additional context (optional)
TIP: Label these axis such that they reflect desirable attributes. This way, the highest voted responses will manifest in the upper right (e.g. Affordable, Easiest, Most Impactful, Scalable).

Best Practice: Provide the context someone needs to appreciate where you are in the journey. It’s great to recap what came out of prior themes and indicate where you are going next. Also, try to tee up the tension in the topic and get people to post an argument for their ideas.
Help make themes more readable by offering tags that participants can use to categorize their responses (e.g. pro/cons, etc.) You can always change these later. These tags will also preset your KT categories.
