Various factors impacting general well being of an individual are:

  1. Mindset - positive mindset impacts the physical, mental and social health
  2. General lifestyle - many diseases of current age are due to unhealthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle includes regular exercise, balanced diet, sound mental health and healthy relationships.

Good points Dr. Milan. Anything fast and easy to do during busy official schedule? - Abhishek 75 months ago
Drink green tea and lots of water. Avoid tea and coffee during meetings and routine work. Make sure to walk every 2 hours. use the washroom farthest from your cubicle. If your office is on 4th floor or below, try to use stairs for climbing. - Dr. Milan 75 months ago

I believe proper nutrition and lifestyle (exercise, not smoking, little or no drinking alcohol etc.) are the keys to good health. I think a keto diet is best with intermittent fasting is the healthiest way to eat. With about 60-70% healthy fats, 20 + % healthy all natural protein and 10% healthy complex carbs from vegetables and fruits. I would try to have all my meals within and 8 hour period. Also you need to drink one half your body weight in ounces of water per day. I use a hydroxide alkaline water called AQUA- OH-, because it eliminates acid from the body and greatly helps reduce inflammation. I would exercise for 30-40 minutes most days of the week, using stretching, aerobics and resistance training. If you want to be healthy and understand how this helps your healthy and disease prevention (it will have to be explained in detail and understood well) the motivation part will be a lot easier. Stay away from all processed foods is important also.

A. Full diaphragm breathing

  • Maintains body Ph balance
  • Maintains posture by balancing the pull of the hip flexor muscle (psoas)
  • Reduces stress by not breathing too quickly or shallow indicating "danger" to the nervous system
  • Helps digestion by not diverting blood flow from the organs to the muscles (preparation to flee or fight)

B. Good gut health

  • Insures proper nutrition for cells
  • Keeps out proteins that confuse and excite the inflammatory system causing antibodies to attack healthy tissue
  • Eliminates toxins through defecation

C. Detox daily

  • Make sure all systems are flowing (urination, defecation)
  • Use your third kidney (perspiration) by sweating every day any way you can (exercise, sauna, Jacuzzi)
  • Avoid chemical additives in food and cleaners
  • Eat organic whole foods and responsibly farmed meat
  • Eat high quality fats and limit processed grains

D. Maintain good oral health

  • The "gut" begins with the mouth
  • Bacteria and organisms easily enter the blood stream through open sores and gums creating inflammation
  • Amalgam fillings leak mercury into the system

E. Support your brain

  • Avoid Diabetes Type 3 (Alzheimer's) by limiting sugar and wheat consumption
  • Eat organic, cold pressed oils and grass fed meats (High Omega 3-6-9)
  • Learn something difficult
  • Move in the environment - movement provides 80% more information to the brain via feedback than feed forward

F. Be positive and adaptive

  • The ability to change = evolving
  • Engaging = learning = interaction and relevance
