Time for Action? - Holistically Informed Innovation and Outcome Verification - A Pilot

To be able to demonstrate the achievement of holistically informed Social, Economic and Ecological Outcomes is a practise now waiting to be adopted.
The term 'holistically informed' holds the key! Holistically informed means that the design, decisions, actions and outcomes are aligned with how all-life works. Holistically informed is the path through 'wicked problems'. Such thinking has been preparing the frameworks that may be applied today across all aspects of society.
I am seeking an outlet for this essential capability. A pilot with broad industry support and engagement would be my ideal; To do this whilst demonstrating how to handle a 'wicked problem' through the adoption of 'holistic thinking' would be my dream.
This is not for the feint hearted - expect a 4 year journey of challenge that would require a fundamental rethink of all that we do!
The rewards - Social, Economic and Ecological viability and inspiring engagement for all involved.

Chris, our city council (City of Adelaide, South Australia) has set itself the goal of being carbon neutral. They seem serious - they probably also have their own answers :). Here’s a link http://www.cityofadelaide.com.au/city-living/sustainable-adelaide/carbon-neutral-adelaide/ Let me know if it seems worthy of an introduction (if i can) - we have some interesting stuff happening here, that does seem to attempt to take a systems approach - maybe not holistic as you are speaking about it.
