For clothing, I will put it on the middle of the back.

Pipe heat tracing in power plants, refineries, and water treatment systems. If it was really lower power usage than is currently used, parasitic loads (power lost) would be reduced, and power plant net output would increase (kW). For a refinery or water treatment system, the electricity cost would go down.
