  1. Use Probiotic rich foods like Kimchi,  kombucha, kefir, miso, tempeh, sauerkraut, natural yogurt and apple cider vinegar.
  2. The effectiveness of probiotic foods can be enhanced by consuming some prebiotic rich foods like artichoke, asparagus, bananas, chicory, garlic, onions, tomatoes and whole grains.
  3. Probiotic supplements can also be a good alternative.
  4. Cut out sugar and processed foods.
  5. Cut out meat from your diet and go vegetarian.
  6. Consider taking antibiotics only if really necessary.
  7. Stress less and laugh more.
  8. Exercise regularly.
  9. Get enough sleep.

One option would be a fecal transplantation.
