It really depends on the individual but for me it is where I am allowed and even encouraged to get make direct contributions to the organization’s success. My good work is appreciated and feedback is readily available. Salary, benefits, flexibility on work schedule etc are secondary but not unimportant.

Working for a purpose beyond profit on a mission that matters with people who love and appreciate me and show it. Advice I would receive? I'm doing it already and just need to notice it!

Able to work from any place in the world at any time without limitations such as access to the web and online information. Flexible schedules and just one device managing all the applications and profiles

Our future really depends on the action or decision we make in the past or present. If anyone is willing to mold their future in something great and want to fulfill their dreams then they should start learning from today.

There are so many industries and courses like PGPM and PGDM etc are out there which will help you enhance you career skills and help you out in building a career you dream of.

I am already fortunate to be able to determine my own working times, and I can (and do) work from multiple locations using a single internet connected device. In that sense, I realise I'm living part of the dream sketched in the answers above. However, harsh reality is that it's still a job that requires discipline, hard work and at times unfriendly hours. And conference calls from airport lounges... you just have to be on one to know they're not nearly as romantic as they sound...

For me the dream would be that I would be able to spend part of my working life on humanitarian, environmental or similar "good" projects. I do not have the financial liberty to do so, unfortunately. I am fortunate thought that if I would share this with my wife, she would not only support me, but be with me.

I would love to have flexibility in my work so that I could give value and importance to both family and work. I would love to travel around the world and learn new techniques and things. I would also love to spare some time for the needy ones.
