Expectation of Business class Travelers in Airlines!
As a business class traveler what expectations can we make from the airlines? What does company sponsoring their employees for business travel expect from the Airline industry?
While travelling it is sure commercial travellers pay more to avail more facility but always not possible and other travellers also feel uncomfortable and need solution. As airline receive fees and cost should take care to provide adequate service.

Before the take off: have the opportunity to arrive at the airport later than economy travellers, priority access to the customer service without having long queues
During the flight: bigger and better seats, onboard lounge and bar (probably available just on long flights), fine dining and top service, entertainment (bigger screen)
Finally landed: priority baggage collection.
the main difference being:
flat bed, being able to get a "good" rest, so that you need little recovery after a flight.
after long flight getting out of an eco-chair and try to work the same day is a challange, after same flight on a BC seat with full flat and ability to sleep, it is much more duable to get some work done.
