The level of service provided through out the industry globally of course varies. One area of service I feel could be improved upon for a large share of the industry would be the food options and healthy choices made available. Some airlines have been making strides to improve their food and snack service, but I only ocassionaly see fresh fruit and healthly food options sparingly in the industry.

Thanks for your answer. You've raised a good point. Of course, fresh fruits and salads should be included in the menu of the airline industry but they rarely incorporate this. Most of the people are health conscious these days.
