Do you agree that, Work at home is a normal day at the office, teams assemble and dis-assemble based on projects with no fixed roles or titles but instead matching competencies for project needs? The leaders to come thus need to be able to deal with such a workforce build effective relationships and create a winning strategy every day.

With all the modern comforts of home beckoning for our attention, it would be understandable if employers saw a dip in productivity, yet the opposite is true. However, experience has taught me that working from home can be more stressful than working from the office. - Marcel 38 months ago
I agree,Working from home is stressful because there can be interruptions all day, which cause to not work efficiently and overnight guests may not understand that people who work from home may need to get up and work in the morning rather than taking a leisurely , or they may need a solitary space to focus or they can't work as efficiently when they start focusing on their work responsibility. - Jatindranath 38 months ago
