Depends on what I'm searching for. I usually start with the top 3, but if I don't get what I want out of that, I'll keep going.

Occasionally. For instance if I only want to look at recent results and filter out older entries

Occasionally language. Sometimes if I limit to English, I won't get good results for what I need.

Whatever I have at hand. I don't think that the results make a significant difference based on the device.
