Well, it depends on the rules of a firm. One has to follow the rules, nothing else I can think off.

I think only way is through court system. Else maybe HR department can help but theu may be working under the mager in question.

Spmetimes this situation can happen. First, you check with HR department about the rule to file compliant. Hopefu;;y, this will not go to your manager. Maybe your company engage a third party?

Hassan Qudrat-Ullah, great point. A third party arbitration helps. We had a case in our comnay but parties were two executives, so we engaed a third party and issue was resolved. Yes, no law suits. - Imane 56 months ago

Check the compnay rules first, talk to human resource department (I hope manger is not the boss of this department), and then see how it goes before you go to a court.
