I also use linkedIn to learn about people before I take meetings with them. Look for things we might have in common or experiences we might have both shared. It helps break the ice, and build better relationships

Agree with David Cottrell that LinkedIn is one of the best sources for networking and business research. In addition, I fund LinkedIn Premium memberships for my "Hi Po" team members to utilize LinkedIn Learning within their IDPs.
