Lack of trust ruins personal and business relationships. If you don’t trust others, you will end up establishing any progressive spirit. While you might trust others, there may be people who distrust you for whatever reason.

When someone does mean things or does not do the part, trust goes away. It means, I will be okay to talk but no substantial dealing or work with be done anymore.

It would be most difficult for me to work with or plan anything with that person. Although I am open to remediation, building trust takes a lot of efforts and it can erodes so quickly.
