All the areas of business now adays are drooling and customers are not happy with the way products are thrown in the market. Most important industry is the Software and Hardware Industry where main focus should be because there we do experiments and innovations for the products which gives us User Exp. or UX. We are lacking on Quality majorly. Of we are talking about automating everything like we need to focus on what technology we are providing and how will it help the other industry say Retail, and what will be the end result that's user exp.
