Which retailers are creating memorable "adventures" for customers rather than just shopping experiences, and how do they convert those adventures to sales?

I don't know if I would describe it as an "adventure", but the American Girl store has always been more of an immersive experience for mothers and daughters than simply a shopping experience.

Thanks, Michael; that's a great example. It's kind of like Build A Bear for younger kids. The experience is more than simply buying a doll and clothes. I appreciate your input. - Jon 81 months ago
