  1. Provide quality service and support.
  2. Provide best offers and deals that may help their budget. After its all about money.
  3. Quick response, transparent communication.

Understanding your customers evolving pain points and making sure that your product is continuing to solve them. It was the relief of a pain point that brought them to you in the first place. If that pain point is no longer being relieved they will no longer value your product.
