I would prefer like this -
Presence and Engagement
Facebook Page / Twitter etc
Customer Help / Advertisement
Youtube
Live options
Customer Support
AI with Chatbot ( Though I think its more of a customer support tool thena social media strategy)
Using the right channel is an important thing. I also think the streaming platforms and video platforms are very powerful. They can help you to reduce the pain of live demo.
I'll go for combine chat box with AI. Customer service is vital in post sales service to secure brand loyalty. Chat box provide an alternative/another channel for customer to contact the customer service to solve their problem besides using phone calls. Chat box also provide an easier way to contact the customer service in which customer do not need to queue up waiting on the phone line but just type in their problems into the chat box and wait for a reply. This will sure to reduce the amount of frustration that the customer have compared to waiting on a phone line just to be serve which some time could take hours!
In addition to the wisdom already posted, there are a few other social strategies that will bolster your marketing strategy.
1 - Use social media to extend the reach of your content marketing efforts by creating infographics, 20-30 second videos that draw attention to your longer form content on your website;
2 - Identify the top social influencers in your target audience group; they are not that hard to find(!) and work toward cultivating a social relationship. If the top influencers retweet or share your posts, you are onto something!;
3 - Make it easy for the staff in your company to share company info via social;
4 - Don't be afraid to get clever on social - you can get away with much more humorous expressions of your top marketing selling points on social...remember "Ship my pants"?!
A complete list, but on the other hand it is difficult to generalize. An efficient social media strategy requires first old fashioned market intelligence to understand who are the potential clients and what media they use. This may be even untypical for the region / age / education etc.
Said that some companies bed on education and science and open their own communities, which then get promoted via different channels. Some examples are OpenMind by BBVA Bancomer or Mission Winnow by Philip Morris.
As you said, this can include an AI chatbot with intelligent nudging or any other smart idea.
So far not mentioned, video games can also be a relevant channel to meet your potential clients. For example car manufacturers created special show cars which only exist virtually and are usable for Grand Prix 6. Such cars had been done be manufacturer's development departments, so that such a virtual launch also gets covered by classic print-media. Similar is also possible for other kind of games, especially as most of them are connected to the Cloud.
When company will make the goal clear about their business to reach at customer and decide strategy for using social media, the companies are able to talk directly to their customers to make them feel to be more engaged than ever in respect of their product quality and availability that how they will be benefited more about before.

Social Media Medical Marketing a Few Years Ago?
“We’re considering integrating social media into our medical practice marketing plan,” Dr. Joseph Frank Stankowsy started out saying.
Then he backtracked—“Yet, all we hear about it is what we can’t do from a HIPAA and security compliance perspective.”
And so, do you incorporate social media into your medical practice marketing plan?
Any thoughts?
