It seems to be the case that things are moving faster non-linearly. "Learning" at the enterprise level has always seemed to be a nice to have (based on my 20 years of experience). In faster moving markets, the need to learn fast becomes a necessity. What are some of the best ways to invest in future focused leaders to keep them relevant through disruptive trends? And how does one encourage/impart a spirit of learning in very practical ways?
