Most SMBs, especially VSMBs outsource security to a local IT guy or VAR and rely on their advice. They also feel less vulnerable to attack, thinking they are too small to warrant the effort, I have done a lot of work and research in the SMB Market, interesting topic

Same over here in Singapore, many of the SME does not invest in cybersceurity
