Just as broadband internet brought significant disruptions to the Media & Entertainment sector, obliterating companies like Blockbuster and giving rise to new giants like Netflix, what disruptions do you think 5G will bring about?

It will disrupt internet provision in hospitality, and behind that the opportunity to create intimacy with your customers. From coffee shops to coffee chains, from hotels to airport lounges: we love to get onto that free wifi. But if we have 5G and we are within our roaming area... who cares? It's much safer to stay on your own 5G connection than to expose your devices to public hotspots.
That business as we know it will be severely disrupted. It will go back from providing to masses to providing to far away tourists for whom it is much cheaper to be on a hotspot than to roam.
