We need coders, but even more we need true leaders to engage with and direct the coders towards true collective value. Coders can do everything — but which benefit do you want to produce for society in order to become an outstanding company supported by all stakeholders? Not a questions for coders rather for philosophers, at least for ethically trained leaders.
