A dramatic chance is needed: instead of working as a service station for the C—level, HR must take a stand and be a real partner on the C—level. HR is THE group of people to take care of the ‚people‘ dimension in creating sustainable organizations (people, planet, profit). They need the experience of how to align different stakeholders towards societal purpose of the organization. Hey need to understand the 17 SDG and take a lead in consulting with their C—level colleagueson how to significantly contribute to one or more of those. It is all about impact on people — who if not HR will take care of it in a professional way?
