Systematic risk is inherent in the overall market cannot be avoided in Business cycle which rise and fall economic growth happens in time is useful tool for analyzing economy in taking better financial decisions, whereas non-systematic risk is limited to a particular asset class to be avoided through appropriate portfolio diversification.
