Augmented reality is growing in all sectors. Nevertheless, the expanded reality is an unresolved area of education and education. Although, this opens up a lot of opportunities that provide new interactive tools to catch up with the students' attention and help them learn more. And what do you think about AR? how can AR affect your education positively or negatively?
Recently, I came across a post that provides a detailed overview of AR applications related to education -

If the organization has a clear mission and it is committed to assist with learning and education, and it has assessed AR capabilities and limitations as a tool to complement learning it should be considered. Many students (from all ages and demographics) favor visualization, more active engagements to make their learning experience more effective. This has also been researched (Rizov and others, 2015; Tobar and others, 2017), as learner facilitator(s) we receive this feedback from students and other learners regularly.
How, what type of learning objectives can be more effectively addressed using AR should be reviewed by the appropriate representation of the organization, including teachers, learning facilitators, those setting the infrastructure in addition of the application development and deployment teams. In addition, how effectiveness will be addressed and evaluated should be carefully thought and planned ahead. Several startups in Central Texas (and in other locations including NY, SFC) are working with certain educational institutions on implementation of these capabilities. I am aware of a couple startups in Austin Texas partnering with educational institutions in New York focusing on earlier education. Some are implementing AR in educational materials ( hard copy books with digital content appears to be an option); they have moved beyond MVP (minimum viable product) last year.

AR can provide a more hands-on educational experience in a variety of fields. STEM, geography, history, music, whatever they are teaching in schools - kids can learn to solve problems in a more profound, personal way.

Supplemented with more practical lessons, AR can transform education in ways we haven't begun to grasp yet.
