Marsha Williams who is a professional facilitator with a technology executive background will be leading an open and honest discussion on the topic of continuous customer connection. Marsha has over 25 years of executive technology experience across a diverse set of industries including manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, transportation, energy, criminal justice, and various private equity environments. She has also served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of several publicly held companies working in both the United States and Europe and she currently serves on the board of several technology organizations.
