As a Senior HR Business Partner/Manager, I leverage 20+ years of human resource management and business leadership experience to drive organizational value and generate $MM revenue.
My approach to creating a competitive workforce is threefold: I recruit, develop, and train top talent, support insightful decision-making, and act as a focal point for employee relations.
Throughout my career, I have used this approach to build new and support fragmented HR structures. During my latest experience at Temp Connection, for instance, I set up an organized HR department for the first time in the company’s history. This included leading the companywide transition from a manual payroll system to ADP and revising employee handbook and checklists.
The other ingredient for my success has been incorporating powerful training and development practices. In my previous engagements, I trained and mentored a wide audience including English-, Spanish-, Portuguese-, and Hindi-speaking populations.
I believe that maintaining a culture of compliance, tolerance, inclusion, and safety is critical for the success of any HR program. I firmly support my stance by ensuring 100% regulatory compliance and 0 harassment for my teams.
