High-energy professional, self-motivated with experience in Human Resources management, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring and relationship building in customer-focused industries. My experience includes working in State Government, a private healthcare company, an Insurance company, a repair/remanufacturing facility, a distribution center and a trilingual call center. My accomplishments include:
• Created corporate-wide employee recognition and seniority award program for the 550 employees.
• Managed and conducted the Human Resource onboarding activities for five out of State acquisitions resulting in under 3% employee attrition at acquired sites.
• Saved the company over $20,000 annual. Researched and implemented vendor change of Corporate 401K program.
• Established and staffed two call centers, one bilingual and one trilingual to 28 employees and 40 employees respectively.
• Maintained employee turnover under 5% per year for 5 years. Strong employee relations/engagement focus. Developed/implemented employee newsletter, brown bag lunch seminars, semi-monthly management meetings, off-site training seminars, community involvement projects, coaching and mentoring advancement sessions.
• Implemented and maintained an active community relations program. Involvement included Junior Achievement (26 employees taught classes), United Way, Red Cross and Fifty Forward. ( Past chairman of the Human Resource Board for Fifty Forward and member of Fifty Forward Advisory Board)
