I am a tenured general manager, district manager, people leader and trainer who has had the privilege of leading and inspiring teams with some of the top customer-centric companies in the world. Throughout my career, I have always been dedicated to driving exceptional results through focusing on people, service and standards. I work well independently and take pride in being timely and organized. I enjoy leading by example and I’m not afraid of getting my hands dirty while on the front lines for my employees, customers and clients. In my years with Apple, I became accustomed to working well under pressure with tight deadlines and a dynamic atmosphere while maintaining a positive, composed attitude at all times.
