Application in HPV, cancer, and other metabolic disorders will lead the launch in the U.S. in 2017.

Horizon Performance Group

August 1996 - Present

Innovative entrepreneurial/business leader with broad commercialization expertise in both start-up and large multi-national Fortune 100 companies. Over the past 30-years, I have successfully worked with numerous health care providers including physicians, healthcare executives, policy decision makers, managed care organizations (HMOs, health plans, PBMs, Specialty Rx), oncology service labs (such as Clarient and CSI), academic institutions, medical centers, designated NCI labs, the VA Health System, DoD, and other large strategically important national accounts. The past 10 years of consulting has focused my extensive expertise at the physician and institutional sales level. I have also had the unique opportunity to work in multiple areas of molecular technology. Specifically, I have worked POCT with H5N1 testing, solid tumors as well as hematology via rtPCR, GEP, aCGH, FISH and NGS. Much of my consulting activity has focused around the clinical molecular diagnostic industry; as well as calling on the ag/bio market. In addition to working in these three related molecular fields, making critical decisions in several different functional areas have given me a broad, GM-level knowledge-base. This experience has enabled me to effectively conceive, develop, and implement innovative commercialization strategies and tactics across the healthcare supply chain. I have worked with and trained sales, sales management, as well as technical service and support personnel. I have contracted projects in managed care, reimbursement, marketing, business development, health economics, outcomes research, and R&D in both human as well as ag/bio marketplace.
