It takes a firm commitment to become a discerning leader who is capable of translating valuable insights into strategies that uplift and elevate the performance excellence of yourself and others. If you have been going it alone and are without a competent personal mentor, you are unnecessarily isolated from the grace and ease that comes from having a place where you can 'debrief', let down, brainstorm and re-focus your energies towards thriving in your profession rather than merely surviving. I got started in the Leadership Development field in my early 20's. The Human Potential Movement was created to answer the question: "How do good people become excellent?" I was involved in the start-up of Lifespring Inc., a leading-edge experiential-learning responsibility training.(EST was the other highly successful general public training that started at the same time). I was one of their first Basic Trainers and then moved on to specialize in facilitating the 5-day Advanced training.I've stayed in the Personal Development field and have over 45,000 hours of group facilitation experience. I continue to write and produce experiential learning modalities for the general public. I am the author of: BEYOND INTELLECT: Journey Into the Wisdom of Your Intuitive Mind and write a bi-monthly newspaper column, Wisdom Workout, for Firebrand Media Group.
