A seasoned CHRO and senior level consultant with experience managing large-scale shared services HR teams and consulting to large and small businesses and non-profits. I have experience with Nestle SA, Total Wine and fast-growing privately owned entrepreneurial organizations; I have deep expertise in HR consulting with both practical day-to-day needs and large-scale projects, developing talent and leadership programs, and HRIS SaaS knowledge. Current consulting projects include working with Nestlé USA to revamp gender equality programs and update D&I program to help drive an overall "Nestlé in the market" HR initiative, and an engagement with Wyndham Hotels senior HR leadership to develop a long-term strategy document and create an all new employee value proposition.
I am well versed and have successes in LEAN reviews and organizational re-designs, saving over $60m during a full UK organizational design project.
I have deep experience and understanding of David Ulrich's work, especially with "3 box" transformations and HR team competency development, particularly in developing HR business partners.
Experience in China, UK & Ireland, Switzerland and Eastern Europe, and across the US.
