Overview of HR Global Operations, HRIS and Workforce Analytics
I lead a dynamic team that supports HR Operations, HRIS & HR Analytics and is responsible for creating HR Operations, global change management and HR Policy Harmonization. My team is accountable for the HR operational and technical landscape at Esterline. I partner with business and HR leaders to design, integrate, deliver, and continuously improve all core HR information services and transactions regarding employees. This includes talent management, talent acquisition, headcount planning, workforce analytics, talent development, compensation and benefits, performance management and compliance. I am also responsible for advancing policy harmonization work as well as owning the development of an HR operational support model, which includes the establishment of a shared service philosophy and approach to improving the delivery of HR services globally. My team supports and manages the entire global HR ecocystem (both functional and technical) including HR solutions like Oracle HCM Cloud, Applicant tracking system, Talent management, LMS, Compensation and Benefits and over 100 interfaces to other systems. My team does all change management, and user training work in-house. In a nutshell, we integrates People, Process and Technology to make a remarkable difference at Esterline.
